The Gentell Xtrasorb gelling foam dressing is a sterile, square foam dressing with no adhesive, so it does not stick to the surface it covers. It measures 4 x 4 inches. It is designed to absorb a significantly increased amount of wound fluid compared to standard foam dressings.
