The 3M Tegaderm High Performance foam dressing is a sterile, square dressing made of polyurethane foam with a film backing. It has no adhesive and no border, so it is placed on the wound and held by a separate means. It measures 8 X 8 Inch.

- Adapts to changing levels of exudate (wound fluid) to maintain moisture balance
