The Smith & Nephew Durafiber gelling fiber wound dressing is a sterile ribbon dressing, a soft fiber strip that forms a gel when it meets wound fluid. It measures 3/4 X 17-3/4 Inch. You can order it by the each, box or case.
- Highly absorbent, conformable dressing that forms a clear, cool gel on contact with wound fluid
- The gel absorbs excess fluid, locks exudate away from the wound and conforms closely to the wound bed

- High integral wet strength lets the dressing come out in one piece from moist wound beds and cavity wounds
