L-Mesitran Honey Soft Wound Gel is a honey gel wound dressing, made by Sion Brands LLC under the DermaRite name. Each tube holds 0.5 ounce of sterile, yellow brown gel. The gel is made with 40% medical grade honey plus lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000 and vitamins C and E.
