The DermaDress composite dressing combines an absorbent pad with an adhesive border in one piece. It is a sterile, white, 6 x 8 inch rectangle. A low adherent pad, one that is made not to stick to the wound, absorbs exudate (wound fluid) and protects the wound.
- Low adherent pad absorbs exudate and protects the wound
- Waterproof nonwoven adhesive tape holds the dressing in place and acts as a bacterial barrier
- Self-adherent, so no separate tape is needed to hold it
