The Simpurity Silver Calcium Alginate Dressing from Safe N Simple is a sterile silver alginate dressing, a wound dressing made from seaweed-based fiber. It measures 4 x 5 inches and has no adhesive and no border. It is sold by the each, box and case.
- Silver alginate dressing made with silver to work against bacteria in the wound bed
- Gel-like surface helps keep the dressing from sticking to the wound, which makes removal and dressing changes easier
- Tested in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae
