The NYOrtho APEX CORE™ Coccyx Pommel Gel-Foam Cushion is a Coccyx Relief Seat Cushion with Pommel, made for wheelchairs. It combines layered foam with a dual chamber gel-pod on a firm polyethylene base. Quick-release straps hold it in place on the seat.

- Designed to offload the tissue under the coccyx, the tailbone area
- Pommel at the front helps keep the knees separated
- High density beveled polyethylene base gives the cushion a firm foundation
- Dual density foam: a soft top layer that sits directly against the cooling gel-pod, over a higher density base layer for support and pressure distribution
- Dual chamber gel-pod design reduces gel migration
- Slip resistant bottom, with easy to attach quick-release straps to keep the cushion in place
