The Molnlycke Mepilex Transfer Ag is a silver foam dressing, a soft foam pad with silver in it. It is a sterile, gray rectangle that measures 4 x 5 inches. It uses a silicone adhesive and has no border, so you may need a separate way to hold it in place.
