The Medline Optifoam Ag+ foam dressing with silver is a sterile, square dressing in a 4 x 4 Inch size. It has an acrylic adhesive border and a highly absorbent foam pad. It is made for wounds with intact periwound skin, meaning the skin around the wound is undamaged.
