The Activon Tulle honey dressing is a primary dressing, the layer that sits directly on the wound. It is a knitted viscose mesh impregnated with 100% medical grade Manuka honey. It is made for wounds and burns with low to moderate levels of exudate, or wound fluid.

- Manuka honey comes from honey bees that pollinate the manuka, a scrub plant from New Zealand
- Manuka honey has a higher concentration of methylglyoxal
- Designed to maintain a moist wound environment
