The McKesson Brand Medihoney honey hydrogel dressing is an absorbent wound dressing, a pad made with Active Leptospermum Honey and a hydrocolloidal gelling agent. This version is square, measures 2-2/5 x 2-2/5 inches and has no adhesive. Because it is nonadhesive, you need a secondary dressing to hold it in place.
