The Gentell Aquasite impregnated gauze is a hydrogel wound dressing, a gauze pad with gel built into it. It is sterile and comes in an individual packet. It measures 4 x 4 inches.

- Useful for rehydrating sloughy or necrotic tissue and for promoting autolytic debridement, the body's own process of clearing tissue
- Derma Sciences' Aquasite Hydrogel is incorporated into 100% cotton USP Type VII gauze pads
- Suited to uses that call for a sterile, moist packing for full thickness wounds
- Comparable to TransiGel, a registered trademark of Smith & Nephew
