The Relief Pak Cold n' Hot SensaFlex compress is a reusable pack you can use hot or cold. It is a medium, general purpose pack that measures 7 x 12 inches. A soft fabric cover surrounds a gel fill that stays pliable.
- Use it heated for stiff neck, backache, arthritis, sprains and bruises, or chilled for injury, sprains and strains, muscle soreness, bruises, swelling and tension headaches
