The DeRoyal Polyderm Border foam dressing is a sterile, square dressing made of polyurethane foam. It is nonadhesive and has no film backing. It is made for moderate to heavily exudating wounds, those that produce a lot of fluid.
- Nonadherent, highly absorbent, lint-free polyurethane foam
- Thick, soft construction that conforms to the body and is comfortable to wear
- Used in the management of moderate to heavily exudating wounds
- Made to protect granulating tissue
- Nonadhesive, with border and without film backing
