The DeRoyal Dermanet wound contact layer dressing is a non-adherent dressing, a thin mesh layer that sits directly on the wound surface. It comes as a sterile roll of mesh polyethylene, 6 x 72 Inch. Facility teams and home caregivers can use it dry or with a topical ointment.
