The Max Core biopsy system from Bard Peripheral Vascular is a biopsy instrument with a 16 gauge needle and a 22 mm penetration depth. You can operate it with one gloved hand. Two triggers let the physician choose between biopsy techniques.
- Single handed use, so you keep more control with a gloved hand and can work faster and more easily
- Dual triggers give the physician flexibility to use different biopsy techniques
- Sharp-beveled trocar collects the sample with minimal crush artifact
- Angled, deep sample notch collects a large, high quality core sample
