The Diagnostix Pocket Otoscope Set is a pocket-type otoscope, an instrument used to look into the ear. It uses a 2.5 volt Xenon lamp and fiber optics for light. The set includes a tube of specula, so you can start with the parts listed.
- Fiber optics carry light that stays cool and free of obstruction
- 2.5 volt Xenon lamp for true tissue color and long-lasting lamp performance
- Wide angle swivel 2.5x viewing lens that permits instrumentation
- Insufflator port for pneumatic otoscopy; the fitting and insufflator are sold separately
- AA battery handle with batteries included, plus an on/off power switch built into the pocket clip
- Includes a tube with 5 each of Welch Allyn 2.75mm and 4.25mm specula
