The Sage Comfort Shield Barrier Cream Cloths are incontinence care wipes, pre-moistened cloths made for cleaning skin during incontinence care. Each cloth contains a 3% dimethicone barrier cream. They are hypoallergenic and unscented, and they come in a resealable soft pack.
