The Molnlycke Mepilex Border Flex is a foam dressing with an adhesive border, a bordered dressing that stays in place on its own. It is a sterile, square dressing that measures 3 x 3 inches. It is made to manage both normal and viscous exudate, the fluid that comes from a wound.
