The Bivona Mid-Range Aire-Cuf Hyperflex Extra Length tracheostomy tube is a cuffed tube, one with an air-filled cuff, made for adult users. It is a size 6 silicone tube with a wire reinforced shaft and a longer than standard length. It is supplied sterile.
- Size 6 with a 6 mm ID, 9.2 mm OD and 100 mm length
- "V" neck flange
- Flexible Hyperflex wire reinforced silicone shaft, designed to help improve kink resistance
- Longer than standard shaft length, giving extra vertical and horizontal tube length
- Silicone that remains soft and flexible in the trachea
- Clip-in obturator with a hollow tip, which allows the tube to be changed over a guidewire
- Air-filled cuff design
- Cuffed tracheostomy tube for adult users
- Length range of 81 to 100 mm
