The Hollister Apogee Plus intermittent catheter kit is a closed-system catheter tray, one that comes with a collection bag and supplies in a single kit. The catheter is prelubricated and firm, and the kit is sterile. It is an 8 Fr. catheter without a balloon.
- Catheter eyelets are formed with ultrasonic technology, made for comfortable insertion and removal and to keep trauma to the urethra to a minimum
- Introducer tip shields the sterile catheter from bacteria normally present within the first 15 mm of the urethra
- Firm catheter
- Prelubricated, closed-system intermittent catheter with polished, recessed, ultra-smooth eyelets
