The Traceable Hi-Accuracy Refrigerator / Freezer Thermometer with Alarm is a digital thermometer made for refrigerators and freezers. It uses a stainless-steel probe placed in a glycol bottle, so you read the temperature through a probe set in a bottle of glycol. It comes from Health Care Logistics, model 17988.
