The Hartmann Cosmopor Silicone island dressing is a sterile dressing with a silicone border and a pad at the center. It is made for slightly to moderately exuding wounds of all types, including acute and post-surgical wounds. The backing is water resistant.

- Will not adhere to surgical sutures
- Silicone contact layer allows for atraumatic dressing changes, meaning changes that are gentle on the surrounding skin
- Water- and fluid-repellent backing material
- Leaves no adhesive residue on the skin
- Dry Barrier Technology keeps exudate inside the pad so it does not return to the wound
- Size: 4 x 8 inches (10 x 20 centimeters)
