Description / Compression Dynamics B120L01 - EdemaWear® Compression Stockinette, Large - 1/Each, 36/Box
The EdemaWear compression stockinette is a thigh high compression stocking, sold here in size Large. It is made for adults and uses Fuzzy Wale Elastic Compression (FWC), a textile technology from Compression Dynamics. The Large size fits up to a 24 inch circumference.
- Uses a newer textile technology called Fuzzy Wale Elastic Compression (FWC)
- Wales, a fuzzy, corduroy-like material, make contact with the skin to apply compression to the subcutaneous fat and to move water back toward the heart
- Medical Lycra spandex elastic yarn between the wales provides compression
- Noncompressed skin between each wale, with patent lymphatic vessels
- Over time, the wales press into the skin and leave a cornrow-style furrow
- Tissue compression in each furrow is high enough to be physiologically useful
- Large size fits up to a 24 inch circumference
- Thigh high style with open toe
