The Coloplast SenSura Post Op is a one-piece ostomy pouch, a drainable pouch with a flat, trim-to-fit skin barrier. You cut the barrier to match your stoma, which can measure from 10 to 78 millimeters (3/8 to 3 inches). The pouch is opaque and has no filter.
