Transfer Sheets

Transfer sheets, also called slide sheets or draw sheets, are low-friction fabric sheets used to reposition or move a patient in bed with less strain on both the patient and the caregiver. They're common in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care, and are also useful for family caregivers repositioning someone with limited mobility. Look for sheet size, fabric (reusable nylon vs. disposable), weight capacity, and whether handles are included for an easier grip.
