The Telfa AMD impregnated antimicrobial dressing from Cardinal is a sterile, nonadherent island dressing, one with an absorbent center pad set on a backing. It measures 4 x 8 inches and is made for facilities and home caregivers who need a clearly specified antimicrobial dressing.
- Nonadherent island dressing that resists bacterial colonization within the dressing
- Reduces bacterial penetration through the dressing
- Broad-spectrum antimicrobial action against gram negative bacteria, gram positive bacteria and fungi/yeast, including MRSA and VRE
