The Kendall AMD antimicrobial foam dressing is a protective disc made of open-cell foam, with no adhesive and no border. It has a hole in the center for a catheter or tube. It is supplied sterile for facility and home care buyers.
- Covidien antimicrobial dressing made of open-cell foam
- Foam is impregnated with 0.5% polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB)
- Protective barrier measuring 1/4 x 1 inch in diameter
- Suitable for central catheters inserted peripherally, drainage tubes and orthopedic external fixation devices
- Nonadhesive design without a border, supplied with a securing method
- Dimensions: 1 Inch Diameter with a 7 mm hole
