Microdot Xtra test strips are blood glucose test strips from Cambridge Sensors USA. They are made for use with Microdot meters. You add blood to the strip, and your meter reads the result.
- Each Microdot strip contains the enzyme glucose dehydrogenase (Bacillus Sp.) at 1 IU
- Each strip also holds other ingredients (mediator, NAD, lysing agents and others) totaling 200 µg
- When blood is added to the strip, the chemicals inside it react and create a tiny electrical current
- Your meter reads the current and displays your blood glucose level

- For use with Microdot meters
