The Brownmed Polar Ice hot / cold sleeve is a wrap-style sleeve with a flexible gel lining, in size Large/Extra Large. You heat it in a microwave or chill it in a freezer, so one sleeve can be used warm or cold. It is made for the knee, elbow or shin.
