The Bardex Foley catheter is an indwelling catheter, a tube that stays in place and drains through two openings near the tip. This model is a sterile, 2-way catheter with a round tip and short length. It contains latex.
- Two opposing drainage eyes, one on each side of the tip
- Used for post-TURP hemostasis
- Designed to reduce the potential for irritation from the catheter tip rubbing the roof of the bladder
- Shorter tip causes less tenting of the bladder roof
- 18 Fr. French size
- 2-way style with a round tip
